Very simple decor and could use some updating but overall clean and comfortable. It was only a mile walk to all the restaurants and bars but far enough away from the noise. We had a great time.

It is a very nice condo and in a few years the location will be nice too. River view was nice. Parking great. 15 minute walk to Broadway through what felt like a safe neighborhood

Location was not too far from downtown Nashville. Only 1 mile front main strip. Was mostly clean but there were hairs left on surfaces from previous guests. Sinks and tub surface is stained and toilet paper holder was broken. Property should be better maintained. Overall stay was nice.

Apt was very clean and ready for checkin. Communication with agent via text and email was easy and timely. Enjoyed the view and stay. Walked to downtown entertainment easily. Only negative that we had is that the only bath is accessed through the bedroom so it was a bit inconvenient for our 3rd guest.

This would be a very difficult place to stay with another couple as the bathroom is in the bedroom. It also needed a good cleaning. There were cobwebs and if you walked on the floor with your socks on they would be very dirty. The kitchen sink needs to be replaced along with the countertops. The description of the outdoor furniture was a bit of a stretch along with the view of the river as there are many trees in the way.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair for the couple of days that we were there because the sun would never come out. It would have been nice to have a spot in the living room with a little kitchen table to eat at. If the furnishings were moved around a bit that would make that possible.
On the flipside… The kitchen was well-equipped and it was only about a five minute drive to Broadway If that is what you’re going for!

This place is close enough to walk in to The Gulch but the facility is loud with people coming and going at all hours. Note: we were there in end of August if that means anything.
It could have definitely been cleaner inside the apartment. I wouldn’t go back here.

Close to everything downtown. Covered parking was nice. When we got there we found the condo was not very clean. There was coffee left in the pot from the previous renters. There was a dirty sponge left on the sink. The deck looking over the river was covered in spider webs and the chairs were turned upside down with the cushions being very dirty and lying on the deck. The shower curtain was mildewed. We did have a good time despite the housekeeping.

Hi I want to start of with I really enjoyed my stay here and the location was perfect. That being said there were a couple of things that I wanted to point out that resulted me giving 3 stars. The first is that the sleeping description is not accurate the couch bed in the living room is not a queen bed and can only fit one person. This space is perfect for 3 people but can’t sleep 4 (one of us slept on the ground). Second, I don’t think the space was as clean as it should be there was a bit of dirt on the couch and a sex toy left under the bed which was kinda gross. Overall I would stay here again but with 3 people.

Easy access from highway, close to downtown, clean and modern, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice decoration, view of the Cumberland river and access through stairs directly from outside. Sofa bed is small, not enough space for 2 people. Neighborhood is not well light, but ok. Building next to railroad tracks, so noisy. The night we stayed there were fireworks from nearby. I would stay again.
