I appreciate that the owners seem to want their guests to have a nice stay. The house is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is well stocked. The problem is that the condo is poorly built. Sleeping in the master bedroom is difficult because the window doesn’t fit properly in the frame and dirt literally blows into the room from outside on a windy day. Also, the truck route highway noise is magnified because the window isn’t sealed properly. More than one window whistles loudly when the wind is blowing, again due to poor construction. I would not stay here again.

House is located just a short drive on the main road from downtown and wasn’t more than 10 minutes from Arches NP entrance - it was nice to be away from the traffic and people downtown but could easily pop in when we wanted. As with other reviews, you can hear some highway noise but nothing worth fussing over. House is well stocked with kitchen items and towels/linens and toiletries (only felt like we were missing tissue boxes but not a big deal). Was nice to have the pool and hot tub in the complex - small issue where we weren’t left with the key to get in but a quick call to Vacasa had it delivered to us within a couple hours. Overall, spacious and enjoyable, would definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and our two dogs visited Moab this past weekend and had a great stay at this town house! It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay! It’s brand new and we were the first to stay there. We roasted marshmallows and stayed up late watching Netflix and games provided. It was a great trip! Will be back!

The location of this condo unit in the complex is really so close to the highway with sounds and lights from the traffic (especially the trucks). Also, put a blanket across the bottom of the door if you want to stop the noise of the whistling wind coming in that back door. Don't open both exterior doors at the same time or you'll get hit by one of the doors slamming shut on you. It's aesthetically a nice place but we got so little sleep the entire time we were there. Some of the other condo units on the other side of the complex away from the road would be a much better story. Ours was 17A-2.
